In support of the Collaboration Agreement between Spanish Airports and Air Navigation (AENA) and the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) concerning research, development, training and dissemination of knowledge in the field of Geographic Information Technologies (GIT), the website identified with the domain name www.aena-upm.es is created and updated for the purpose of making the information public.
The access and browsing through this website means knowledge and acceptance without reservation of the entire legal information and terms of use thereof.
The present terms of use have the purpose of regulating the access, browsing and use of this website but irrespective of these general terms, both institutions participating in the Agreement will be able to establish particular terms of use regulating the utilization and/or contracting of specific services provided through the Agreement. In the event of discrepancy between the stipulations of the general and particular terms of a certain service, the latter will prevail.
2. Scope
The present legal notice regulates the use of the service of the Internet Portal www.aena-upm.es that the public enterprise Spanish Airports and Air Navigation and the Polytechnic University of Madrid, through the described agreement, put at the Internet users’ disposal.

In order to access some of the contents offered through the website, the user will have to previously provide some general personal data. In keeping with Law 15/1999 of December 13 of Personal Data Protection, we hereby announce that the personal data will be incorporated to a file owned by the Polytechnic University of Madrid whose purpose it is to enable access to certain contents of this portal. UPM will not under any circumstance cede these data to a third party with the exception of whatever legally established in the matter of information to Public Administrations.
